Individual sovereignty is not narcissism. It is the refusal to surrender conscience to institutions that demand trust they have not earned.

The Foundation treats adulthood as a spiritual and intellectual threshold: the point at which a person accepts the burden of discernment rather than hiding inside automatic obedience.
